Unlike the BBM, ChatOn is not limited to phones made by the Korean phone manufacturer or other Android-powered devices. It will work across platforms. As long as your friend has the service installed on his or her handset, you can chat with them.
Sure, teens would want to get their hands on one of the flagships available in the market. However, most of today's youth do not have the budget for these high-end smartphones.
