2. Relax your body from toes up. Detach from your thoughts. Concentrate on who you want to be and how you want to feel.

When you are worrying about tomorrow, ask yourself, "Is this thing I am certain can happen and is this something I can do anything about it at this moment?" If your answer to either of two questions is no, just tell yourself that you can revisit it later.
4. Simply feel your anxiety about 45 minutes. Dr. Kase says that that is usually all it bring for you to be used to it and for the anxious feeling to waste. The worst thing you could do is to manage to despite it since the anxious feeling tends to fight back if you defeat it.
5. Try to talk to yourself. Remind yourself that how you handle the same situation in the past, your strengths and how long you need to overcome it. Show yourself that this anxious feeling is manageable.
6. Go to cinema, see a movie or read a good book. Bored people will be inclined to score higher on tests that are designed to measure levels of anxiety.
7. Write a journal of what let you anxious. Then go back to see those items when you feel calm and make a plan to cope with them.
If do not be the one member of the anxiety disorder, you can choose few to take up. Gradually you will find yourself have a good mood to face stress.
