• Another factor to be considered is that the units should not require much maintenance. It is better to select units with automatic defrosting function since it isn’t possible for catering businesses to shut down their units for hours and manually defrost the refrigeration units. Similarly, a unit that doesn’t require a lot of servicing can be very helpful.
