Sunday's at Tiffany's premiered on Lifetime December 6, 2010 at 9 pm. This movie makes adults remember what it was like to be a kid again. The main character Jane (Alyssa Milano) is reunited with her imaginary friend after 20 years, causing her to reevaluate her life.

Lifetime Original MovieSunday's at Tiffany's

Alyssa Milano stars as the main character, Jane Claremont and as the producer for the film. As a young girl Jane would accompany her mother Vivian (Stockard Channing) to Tiffany's in New York every Sunday. Jane met her imaginary friend, Michael at there at the age of 5. After that Jane brought Michael with her everywhere she went.

When Jane turned 10, Michael left her in the place they originally met. Michael told her that she didn't need him anymore. Jane was heart broken and cried for weeks about Michael leaving. She blocked Michael from her memories, so that she would feel better.

Twenty years later, Jane is a successful businesswoman, ready to marry Hugh (Ivan Sergei), her handsome rising actor fiancé, until Michael (Eric Winter) suddenly reappears, all grown up. At first Michael is unsure of why he is back and in adult form. Later he believes he is there to help Jane somehow. Initially shocked and in disbelief, Jane slowly realizes that not only has Michael returned her when she needed him most, but he may also be her one true love. This movie is based on the book by James Patterson.

Sunday's at Tiffany's Movie Review

Sunday's at Tiffany's - Lifetime Sunday's at Tiffany's - 20 Years earlier - Lifetime

This movie, although not realistic pulls at your heart. It makes you want to believe that anything is possible. The two characters seem perfect for each other and it made viewers wonder why she was ever going to marry Hugh. The love Michael and Jane shared grew from childhood and remained until they were able to be with each other again. Jane and Michael knew a lot about each other and being together was easy for them. They always had fun when they were together and Michael genuinely wanted nothing but the best for Jane.

Jane lost touch with who she was. This seemed to be the reason why Michael initially came back. She was not pursuing her dreams. She was getting married to a man that was more into himself then her. Hugh didn't know what Jane liked or dislike, he couldn't even tell her what her favorite color was. She was working for her mother and not doing anything to make herselft truly happy. Michael began to have stronger feelings for her, then he should. He asked other imaginary friends for advice, but none knew how to handle the situation. Through a lot of resistance Jane eventually realize that Michael was the man for her.

This movie was interesting. There were a few flaws with the script though. If Michael had always been a kid as an imaginary friend, how would he know how to have sex It seemed natural for him to have sex with her, even though throughout the movie he still acted very childlike. He seemed more like an adult when he was a kid, then when he was an adult. The language that he used as a kid to explain why he had to leave was not realistic.

This movie is about a love that everyone feels is impossible. Love stories that seem impossible make the best movies. It it was easy then know would watch. If this movie sounds interesting check it out when it reappears on Lifetime on December 11, 2010 at 9 pm, December 12, 2010 at 7 pm and December 31, 2010 at 11 am.
