We know him, we realize his motivations and I cannot wait to watch him and Alicia square off a lot more in the potential.

To Will and Diane, there was no choice to become made. They represented a consumer and their duty was to defend her. Easy. Open and shut. The cut Lockhart and Gardner receive from that figure may even save a few jobs at the firm. There are lots of layers to this ethical onion.

I could have completed with out Will's second phone call to Alicia. We did not will need to finish the episode on such a blatant cliffhanger. But that's a modest complaint for a sequence that should win Finest Drama in the Emmys this 12 months and whose writing and acting is so refreshing to watch on the weekly basis.
