Five secrets you didn’t know about the FCAT
FCAT or Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test is a test that is carried out in the entire state on students in public schools to establish how well they are learning and also to determine the progress. The tests are administered to students in Grade 3-10 and are meant to increase the standards of Education. The data obtained from FCAT is then used to report Educational status and progress for individual students, schools, districts and the state.

Understanding relationships with inmates in the mind of a pregnant woman.
It’s visit day. The baby and I are on our way to see daddy. Our baby hasn’t arrived yet. I’m five months pregnant. Each Saturday, we wake up at 4am and take the three hour drive. All visitors must be in line by 8am. If you are even five minutes late, your visit is denied.

I'm Sixteen, In Foster Care & With Oppositional Defiant Disorder
I’m a 16-year-old High school freshman in the Foster Care system. I refer to my foster parents as grandma and grandpa to keep my Foster Care status a secret. Not to mention, I’ve been in this home for over three years so my story is beginning to sound believable. Why am I so ashamed?
