The Best Option for Storing Your Wine
Bottle of wine refrigerators and wine cellars are very different, both in setting and in appropriate wine aging. Wine cellars do not require refrigeration since they are so far subterranean. Not surprisingly, refrigerating a wine cellar can be done but has a tendency to influence the consistency of the wine. Small wine refrigerators in kitchens are terrible at aging wines or keeping them for very long periods. They're more suited to cooling the wine for brief lengths of time before consumption.
